At Stager, we like to keep it simple—available spaces are just called Avails (short for availabilities). You pick the dates, time slots, and spaces you want to offer, and Stager calculates in real-time which spaces can be booked when. This way, external parties always have the latest options at their fingertips. Easy peasy.
Maintain overview
Got lots of ongoing requests from promoters or rental inquiries? Nice! On the overview page in your Stager backstage, you can see all your sent Avails at a glance. Whether you want to adjust, withdraw, delete, or archive a proposal—it’s all done in no time. Need to share a proposal again? Just two clicks and you're set.

With Avails, you’re not just keeping things clear for external parties—you’re also giving your organization the chance to act immediately. When an external party selects one of the available spaces in the overview, you, as the contact person, get an email notification. Ready to proceed? Reply directly to that email with an advancing form to gather all the necessary details right away. Smooth and streamlined!
